Few weeks ago, i put in order to a government training center for 2 types of law book. The PIC kept on saying to follow up. Yet until today, no reply. Thus i send an email to him and said wish to cancel order. Immediately that organisation responded.  A lady colleague of him told me, just come to counter make payment and there are stock. I told her, in order for me to come to her office, i need to buy air ticket.

Later, i found the law book in MPH website. Yet due to my not strategic location, I can only order via MPH online. i guess the MPH online system has problem with my account and i keept on fail to log in to MPH online. Called customer service for help, she passed my line to MPHonline devision, line cut off. Called 2nd time, same person pick up my call, when she transfer again, line cut off again!  call 3rd time again, and took her 'n' million years to pick up call. Then she said she could actually help but i still have to log in to MPH online to put my order. OMG! OH SHIT! 

what kind of answer is that. I told her no need, i think i can help my self better. If she could actually help, why is it that she kept on passing my call around and line cut off? I guess i might actually pissed her off or stepped on her tail during my last life. 

Before come to MPH, i checked Popular, they said not all branch will courier order. Have to check. Asked me why not i pick up my order from their branch. Hey! hello!!! if you are so sure that your company has branches in every corner of Malaysia, i am sure will able to go to your branch and get my books. Problem is your company is not having branches in my town!!! 

 

i checked with Kinokuniya as well. There is icon to login yet no icon to create account. I called and asked who could help me. The employe answered, i need to call again at xx day, cause the PIC not around. Bravo!

 

So, finally the solution was:

Create another account in MPH online. I believed that there were some problem with MPH online. I created twice and 2 different account. Initial account with yahoo email, can't login. Creation of new account with gmail account also can't login. Finally creation with account with hotmail account, successful log in. And i placed my order in less than 15mins. 

Customer Service of bookstores in malaysia are really SHIT! you don't get service, yet you need to service them. 

 Lesson learned today, self service is better than customer service.
